Unpixelate AI uses generative super-resolution models to turn pixelated, blurry and low-resolution images into clear, high-resolution pictures. The tool offers two tiers: Standard, which is free and processes images quickly, and HD, which uses a stronger model focused on facial detail. Users upload a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10MB, select their desired quality tier, and download the result—no watermark, no prompts, no settings to learn. The technology works differently from classic resizing algorithms by using a diffusion network that treats the pixelated image as evidence and generates the sharper, higher-resolution picture that most plausibly matches that evidence, rebuilding detail with real texture rather than just interpolating blurry pixels. Uploads are processed in memory and automatically deleted, and images are never used for training.
