What it is

Quick answers

How does yume work?

Users pick a video template from the catalog, add a few photos and details through a simple form that takes about two minutes, and receive a finished personalized film by email. Each template is written and directed by yume to ensure cinematic quality, with no editing or software skills required.

What do I need to provide?

Users need to provide a few photos and a couple of details. For career videos, linking a LinkedIn profile fills in most information automatically. For other videos, users answer a few quick questions like a name or favorite thing. The form is customized for each video template.

When will my video be ready?

Videos are typically ready in about 20 minutes after submitting details. The finished video is delivered via email as soon as it is ready.

Can I change something after I get my video?

Yes, every video includes one free edit. Users can open the finished video while signed in, choose Edit video, specify changes, and add new photos if needed. The edited version is delivered within minutes.

Can I buy a video as a gift?

Yes, yume videos can be purchased as gifts. Buyers add the recipient's photos and details instead of their own, creating a film about the recipient. Buyers receive a beautiful personal page to share with the recipient via message or in person. Recipients do not need an account and can watch and download the video anytime.
