NeverApply is an AI job search agent that automates the job application process. It scans new job postings against your profile, curates matching roles, rewrites your resume for each application, automatically fills out employer forms, and tracks the pipeline. The agent operates on your schedule with customizable daily limits and manual approval controls. It filters out spam, ghost jobs, and duplicate listings to show only verified positions from company career pages and public sources. Users can access interview preparation, cover letter generation, and job pipeline management from a single dashboard.
The platform offers two paid tiers: Pro includes up to 5 auto-applications per day with unlimited matches and resume tailoring, while Max allows up to 15 daily applications with automatic resume customization for every submission. Both plans include a 7-day free trial and full access to resume studio, interview prep, and MCP integration. The service applies from its own email address to keep your inbox clean and never applies to your current employer or companies you block.

Quick answers
- Will I get charged during the free trial?
- No. NeverApply takes a card and charges $0 for 7 days. On day 4 they email you the exact amount and date. Cancel in Settings before day 8 and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel anytime, but payments aren't refunded.
- Will it apply to jobs I don't want?
- Not in Ask mode: Otto opens no form until you approve the job. In Send mode, Otto picks from your matches, skips companies you block and stops at your daily cap. Every application shows in your tracker.
- Will my boss find out?
- Not from NeverApply. There's no public profile to find, and they never sell your data. Your current employer is blocked by default, Otto checks again before every application, and you can block any other company by name.
- Will my inbox fill up with job spam?
- No. Otto applies from its own email address. It forwards interview requests, assessment results and anything that needs you. Rejections and spam never reach you, and you can turn forwarding off.
- What does Otto need from me?
- Your resume, the jobs you want, and a card for the trial. Pick Ask or Send, and your first matches usually show up a few minutes after setup.
