What it is
Let me say is a free web application that transforms personal messages into short animated surprises. Users pick from 16 occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, weddings, engagements, thank-yous, apologies, new babies, friendships, love, and more. After selecting an occasion, writing the recipient's name and message, and previewing the result, users send it as a private link via WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email or text, or download it as an MP4 video or JPG image.
The service requires no account for either sender or recipient. Surprises open in any browser without requiring an app installation. Each animation includes custom sound effects. Surprises are private—not listed anywhere or indexed by search engines—and automatically close after 7 days, with automatic deletion 3 days later.
The site supports English, French, and Arabic (with right-to-left layout for Arabic). Users can invite friends to add messages to group surprises for occasions like birthdays and weddings. Video downloads are created in-browser. The service contains no AI-written messages, sells no data, and doesn't send messages to analytics services.

Quick answers
- Is Let me say free?
- Yes. Making a surprise, sending the link and downloading it as a video or an image are all free. There is no paid plan and nothing to unlock.
- Do I need an account to use Let me say?
- No. You don't sign up, log in or give an email address to make a surprise, and the person receiving it doesn't need an account or an app either.
- How long does a surprise stay online?
- Surprises stay online for 7 days after creation. After that, the link stops working and 3 days later the surprise is deleted automatically.
- Can multiple friends add messages to the same surprise?
- Yes, for occasions friends celebrate together such as birthdays, weddings or new babies. Each friend adds a message without seeing others, and when everyone has written, the recipient can swipe through every friend's message. Group surprises stay open 14 days.
- Do you use AI to write the messages?
- No. The message ideas were written by people, and nothing you type is sent to an AI service. What they read is exactly what you wrote.
