Quick answers

How are credits used?

Every generation spends credits based on the model and settings. Text and image models have a fixed cost per generation, while video models are priced by resolution and duration. The exact cost is shown before starting a task, and credits are only deducted when the task is submitted.

Do unused credits roll over?

Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle and do not roll over. Credits purchased as top-up packs never expire. When both types are available, expiring credits are spent first.

Am I charged for a failed generation?

No. If a task fails, the reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance. A scheduled job rechecks pending refunds to prevent temporary provider outages from leaving credits stuck.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing charges 10 months upfront for 12 months of service, providing 2 months free. Credits still arrive monthly on the same schedule as a monthly plan, with each month's credits expiring at the end of that month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps plan benefits active until the end of the paid period. The subscription can be resumed from the pricing page before it ends.
