- Yes. You can create, edit, save, and export diagrams and manage projects on the free plan. The monthly limit only applies to AI Agent actions.
- Can I export on the free plan?
- Yes. Free exports are full quality and include a small BuildPlane.ai watermark in the footer. BuildPlane Pro removes the watermark for clean, client-ready files.
- What happens when I hit the free limit?
- AI Agent actions pause until your monthly limit resets, and the platform offers an upgrade to BuildPlane Pro for 1,000 AI Agent actions per month and clean, watermark-free exports. Existing diagrams remain fully editable.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. You keep Pro until the end of your billing period.
