Signal channels and cadence
Navigate to /account/notifications to configure each type of notice. For every alert category, you choose your channel—Email, Telegram or Slack—and your frequency: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off.
Telegram and Slack integrate with your own bot or webhook. If you select a chat channel, you can set optional quiet hours to pause incoming messages during your downtime.
Mandatory transmissions
A small set of notices cannot be silenced. These critical signals always reach you:
- Order receipts and refunds
- Payment failures or disputes
- Listings held pending founder profile review
- Listing status changes
- Missing verification badges
- Security events (new device sign-in, email address change)
These safeguards protect your account and your products on the frontier.
Quick unsubscribe
Every notification email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it to silence that notice type instantly without visiting your settings.
Questions people ask
- Can I turn off all notifications?
- No. Critical notices—receipts, refunds, payment problems, disputes, listing changes, badge alerts and security events—transmit regardless of your settings. All other notice types can be switched to Off.
- How do I use Telegram or Slack instead of email?
- Go to /account/notifications and select Telegram or Slack for any notice type. You'll need to provide your own bot or webhook connection for that channel.
- What are quiet hours?
- Optional quiet hours pause incoming messages on Telegram and Slack during times you specify, while keeping your chosen cadence (Instant, Daily or Weekly digest) active outside those windows.
