intoCHAT is a no-code AI chatbot platform that lets businesses build intelligent agents trained on their own website content, PDFs, documents and Q&A pairs. The agent runs on GPT-6 Luna from OpenAI by default, or you can choose models from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, and answers visitor questions in context, understanding follow-ups and replies in the visitor's language.

The platform includes lead capture to collect email addresses and phone numbers, custom API actions to look up live data like order status or inventory, and a dashboard showing conversations, messages and leads over time. How do I train my chatbot?

Add your website (intoCHAT finds up to 500 pages and you choose which to read), upload files such as PDF, Word, Excel or CSV, paste text, import Notion pages, or write Q&A pairs. Retrain a source whenever its content changes, or turn on auto-resync to re-read website and Notion pages daily or weekly.

How secure is my data with intoCHAT?

Data travels over HTTPS and you decide what each agent learns from. Each agent only searches its own knowledge, visitors share contact details only if they choose to, and you can delete conversations and leads. Built-in rules keep answers grounded in your content and resist prompt injection.
